Objectives:

Speed up the cycle counting so that it counts twice per cycle instead of one (see video demo)

Skills Applied:

Using the SN74HC193N counter and other simple logic gates

Comments:

I use to over-complicate this task until a TA suggested using AND gates with several rising and falling clock edges. The same concepts also apply to the COMS Imager project.
