Objectives:

Use breadboards ICs to simulate clock cycles of traffic lights at a two-way road intersection (see video for demo)

Logic table, clocks, logic gates

Comments:

There were a lot of chips and pins involved. Building and debugging it by hand really helps me learn exactly how each componenet works.
